Net Wage PT released on the Apple App Store and Google Play

We’re proud to announce the release of Net Wage PT in Apple’s App Store and Google Play. The app that calculates the Portuguese take home salary in a simple and straightforward manner, making it the ideal tool for job interviews and salary negotiations.

Net Wage PT uses the official Portuguese tax rules (IRS) and, along with a simple and intuitive interface, allows the calculation of monthly and yearly net salary.

Some Features of Net Wage PT:

Net salary on the Xmas and vacation months (including allowances)
Input non taxable allowances (can be used for deductions after taxes, by inputting a negative number)
Meal allowance taken into consideration (option to calculate its monthly average based on vacation and bank holidays as well)
Total IRS deductions and respective bracket

It’s really gratifying to see something that started as a simple project, coming together and available to people, and receiving feedback and suggestions from users that actually use this tool on a regular basis.
